Headshots and MIBA retreat!
So I’m a little late to the party with this blog, it’s been a busy few months.
So normally I photograph newborn babies and children in Leicester and Leicestershire. But occasionally I will photograph older humans too.
So when I was asked to document the MIBA retreat www.mumsinbusinessassociation.com and set up my studio photography equipment for a day of headshots I jumped at the chance.
The retreat was held at the lovely Nanpantan hall in Loughborough, http://www.nanpantanhall.com, I found it to be such a lovely venue. It has a downtonabby feel to it and it’s very stripped back and rustic. Even vintage i would say.
While photographing the lovely ladies that were attending MIBA retreat, I also got to take on board some of the amazing lessons that were being tough through the day, the value and content that Estelle and Leona provided was second to none. I would highly recommend booking next years event ASAP. I know they are booked up for the first event www.mumsinbusinessassociation.com
What was super amazing was meeting the attendees! They were all so inspiring and it was so nice to spend a couple of days with women and mums that have things in common and that there trying to make a difference with their business!
I wanted to share some headshots from the day, these ladies were lucky to win a mini makeover with Nat, she is also another amazing mib and makeup artist go check her out at http://www.natalieboland.co.uk/
It’s important to have good headshots and personal branding, I know in the online business world you need to build trust, and we know from experience that professional business portraits build that trust.
Using a selfie or a snapshot on your business website or your LinkedIn account will send the wrong message to your ideal client.
By investing in professional portraits you will show that you are a confident expert in your field, you value your business and believe in the services you offer.
Headshots are well worth considering and please if you have a few seconds please comment with some love for these lovely ladies xx
