bottom 2 - NEWBORN

I know from experience that taking pictures of newborn babies can take time. I allow around three hours for each session so that your baby is always comfortable. Sessions are baby-led, so there will always be time to take breaks to feed and change your baby if needed. I am flexible so we can get the best pictures and create some wonderful memories.

Newborn sessions are best held up to three weeks old, this is a great time to capture those beautiful “sleepy moments” and also those cute “windy smiles”. Babies are also easier to pose at this time, as they still like to curl up as if they are in Mummy’s womb.

You will need to book your session in advance and we can work out what is the best date based on your due date. Every photographer has their own style and favorite poses; I think babies look their sweetest in natural poses. Bookings are flexible so if your baby has arrived and you have not yet booked a photography session please still get in touch there’s still time.
